Arts for Health & Wellbeing CIC is a not for profit, community interest company with a simple but important purpose:

To support wellbeing, connection and community through Integral creativity.

We believe creativity can play a powerful role in helping people feel calmer, more connected, emotionally supported and part of something meaningful.

Our work creates safe, welcoming and non-judgemental spaces where people can participate in creative experiences that support nervous system wellbeing, confidence, communication and belonging.


Our Mission

Our mission is to make creative wellbeing experiences accessible, inclusive and community-centred.

We work with people of all ages and backgrounds, recognising that creativity is not about artistic ability or performance, but about human connection, expression and emotional wellbeing.

Mission Statement

Arts for Health & Wellbeing CIC exists to transform the culture of health by reconnecting people with creativity, community and the natural world.

We deliver inclusive, evidence-informed creative programmes that improve confidence, emotional wellbeing, resilience and social connection.
Rooted in kindness, integrity and lived experience, we work alongside community organisations, health partners and social prescribing pathways to offer accessible, preventative wellbeing support for individuals, families and communities.
